Good evening ,
I have been doing cover-ups for a little over 10 years, and while I am familiar with the idea of drawing the eye away and incorporating the old design into the new ( I find this to be more and more of my business which I thougroughly enjoy)... I am seeing more and more coverups of clearly dark pieces being completed covered by opaque color.....like gray opaque over black out ink...or large feels of lime green over dark black........I am sure that these pieces were not lasered prior to cover-up......however th idea that you can place an opaque white over a dark black has me wondering exaclt how the base is laid on this......becasue the world according to the last 10 years I have been doing this has siad " no can do"....any thoughts?
