I just started working on this halfsleeve, this is the very first session about 3 hours in just lined it and started putting in the first layers. Figured I would post up something in the very early stages so as it's critiqued I can make changes as I continue along with this piece. A little run down of what I have in mind for the tattoo, I plan on having the puzzle piece and sacred geometry look like it's within the tree illuminating. for background we'll be doing space nebulas. Thanks for looking and critiquing!

Cool concept, the tree has nice flow. Very clean execution. If I were doing this piece I'd want to have the pos/neg relationships worked out at this stage. Will the tree be dark with a glow around it separating it from the space stuff? Will it be darker than the nebula areas, or lighter? How will the geo stuff relate to the branches? A quick value study done on a photo of the piece could answer a lot of questions about how to approach it next.
