I'm Andy Capp and I own and operate "Watchung Custom Tattoo" in Watchung,NJ. I started tattooing in 1983 in Philadelphia and have spent much of my career tattooing on the "road tour" throughout the east coast and out to parts of the mid west, and have tattooed in numerous shops throughout the north east and various other shops on my road trips.
