Reinventing The Tattoo Forum

I was perticularly interested in section 4.4, and noticed that there's missing pictures.
Fig. 164 (a, b, c, &d) are ALL missing. Pages 183 and 184

I'd love to see these images, so please fix it.

Also noticed that fig. 220a is missing on page 244.
