Pretty nice... I'd like to see it healed, since those really light washes can drop out quite a bit. Definitely go darker in the eye sockets and nose. The soft edges in the surrounding elements are nice, but I could see you maybe pushing that effect a bit further to give it more of the smoky effect that you see in the sketch, where the contrast between the soft and sharp elements is more evident than it is in the tattoo.

You could have also gone a touch larger- another 20% would heve given you bigger shapes and more of a chance at taking the smooth rendering effects further.
